The practice which was founded by Kim Finnis in 2002 assists clients dealing with problems in the field of family law to find constructive and effective solutions.
If clients are able to reach agreement they are more likely to be satisfied with the outcome and ensure it is upheld. This also helps to ensure that emotional and financial costs are minimised. In addition, children also thrive when their parents and relatives are able to cooperate with each other.
The practice approach is to offer a personal and sensitive service for clients combined with effective legal advice and assistance.
